When you’re building a Network Marketing business, or any kind of business, you need leads. No leads, no money. More leads = more money. The best kind of a lead is YOUR lead. The lead that subscribed to get YOUR information from YOU. You may generate those types of leads online or offline, it really doesn’t matter. I entered the world of marketing like most people did, offline methods. What can I say? They work 
but then I learned that my results could be significantly better and faster with the same efforts applied on the Internet. So even though I’ve been generating thousands of leads over the last several years I still market offline as well. Why? It’s simple, to build a local group of team members that are also hungry, coachable, and ready to lead.
Throughout my Network Marketing career I’ve seen a lot of methods used and frankly I’ve used dozens of methods to generate leads locally. Flyers, business cards, networking events, craigslist, signs, drop cards, etc. Some worked better than others but the best one I’ve used and still use today are money drop cards. Let me explain briefly why I consider this the best method to generate quality leads offline.
1. It’s attractive. Who do you know that wouldn’t pick up $100 if they saw it laying on the street? The dollar bills drop cards look and feel real. It’s 100% legal and you can pick whatever bill you want, $10, $20, $50 or $100. I always think big so naturally I only use $100 “bills”. You do need to fold these cards before using them.
2. It’s a perpetual tool. Let’s face it, not everyone that picks up the drop card will be thrilled to see a marketing message on a fake $100 bill. So what’s the natural reaction? Throw it out! Guess what? now someone else will pick up, so on and so forth until the bill finds it’s new friend . Having a captive message to get their attention and drive them to a website or a toll free number is VERY IMPORTANT. 3. Attraction Marketing at its best. Applying the rules of Attraction Marketing offline can be tricky when dealing with cold market but this tool just makes it easy. Getting leads that WANT more information from YOU and that are local, well how can I say this without showing too much excitement…IT’S PRICELESS.
4. Portable. I don’t know about you but I can’t walk around with 30 flyers in my pocket every day. But I can have 30 or more folded $100 bill drop cards with me any day everyday. Placement of the cards can vary from ground floor, ATMs, ATM card slots, gas stations credit card slots, banks, etc.
As great as the Internet is, this is unlikely but if it does happen, if someone decides that the Internet is off limits to the public you will always have a way great way to generate leads offline. These cards are inexpensive and you’ll go through them really quickly. Be ready to start getting leads within the 1st 20 to 30 cards you’ll drop.
Just a quick tip, don’t ever send that prospect to an open page, replicated company website, or your blog if you want to generate a highly targeted and qualified leads. Have them go to a capture page and/or call a toll free number if you don’t want to give out your direct number. So get your cards here and start generating highly targeted and qualified leads in your local market to grow your business today.
